Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s), you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the delivery date, for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as received. Items must be unaltered, free of stains, odors, and/or distinct smells, and in its original packaging. Original tags must be attached.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is non-refundable.

Return shipping cost are paid by JerryAndrew Jewelry only if the item received by the customer is defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item.

When returning packages back to our facility, we recommend that you send them with a tracking number. This will provide you with proof of postage in the event the package is lost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.

RETURNABLE CONDITION

To return your order, please email support@jerryandrewjewelry.com  for instructions on how to return your item(s). We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

Customer service inquiries and return request are responded to Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm EST (excluding Holiday’s).

Our Customer Service team generally responds to all emails with 24-48 hrs.

EXCHANGES

If you are returning for EXCHANGE, please make sure to send back any item(s) you are exchanging within 30 days of processing your return request.

To start a return -- for EXCHANGE – please email support@jerryandrewjewelry.com. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Upon submitting your return request, you will receive a return authorization and return instructions.  Please proceed with shipping the item(s) back to our facility.

Once the returned item(s) is received, it will be inspected, and you will receive an automated email confirmation of your exchange request. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the exchange upon reaching our facility. If for any reason the return/exchange does not meet Returnable Condition, you will be notified via email, the item will be returned to you and no credit will be given.
